Heather’s dedication to career development is evident in her long-standing impact on organizations and individuals.
For over a decade, she led an organizational and talent development center at Ohio State’s College of Medicine, co-founded the Midwest Collaborative for Faculty Affairs and Development (MCFAD), and has been a recipient of Ohio State’s prestigious Glass Breaker award. She holds leadership credentials, including past-President of the Columbus Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach, trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
